Al and Carol Franceshelli opened A&C Beverage in 1983 as a beer, wine and party store. In 1992 they became a State Liquor Agency, adding complete liquor sales to their offerings. In 2014, A&C Beverage evolved again, moving their location as part of the revitalization of downtown Youngstown.
Their newly remodeled 13,000 square foot building, located near the Covelli Centre, has many new offerings including climate-controlled premium cigars, Philadelphia Chocolates, a self-serve gourmet deli, and a dedicated drive-thru, in addition to domestic, import and craft beer, wine and spirits.
